OK so I'm confused !
Was it "a sniper" that killed the suspect or did the suspect shoot himself three times in the head with a .40-caliber pistol ?

I dont know myself. But it is an entirely tragic situation. It doesnt matter at this end. He is dead. The idea of someone bursting into my house with an
AR-15 is a bit troubling, and I hope I would be able to respond to it, I doubt I would. What the end result is, the person who persecuted the crime is no longer there to account for thier crime. It is pointless to look for many answers because few exsist.

Used to be in the book of world records that a man was shot in the head 7 times and not only lived, but went back to his job within a year and lived another 12 years.

on Feb. 29, 1972, my best friend was a 7-11 clerk and shot 5 times with a .357 Mag. by a scumbag robber, twice in the head, twice in the chest and one in the crotch, he survived.., if you could call it that, i lost contact with him around 1994 and still living then.

An incredible story. I have carried a .357 on many occasions. The story you tell is miraculous. I wish your buddy nothing the best and good times in Vegas because he is the luckiest dude I have heard of.

That being said, the first reports I heard of this story in the days afterward said that SWAT or police shot the suspect. How did this change all of a sudden?

I live in the middle of nowhere and am unable to open the link provided any update on the reality of that. All of my sources say it was a sniper that killed this person.

You are free to think anything you like. A Glock, or any firearm for that matter is only as safe as its operator. No problems from mine.

Yeah, its a shame it turned out how it did. Id rather him not shot those people. Very tragic, but Id rather have him alive to face trial and the rest of his life in prison where he could think about what he did in a blind rage.
