I am not necessarily defending the actions but the selected piece of video may not tell the complete story. That guys arms were moving so while he may be technically a quadriplegic the sensational news story sounded much worse that when I actually saw it. There is a guy in our town in an electric wheel chair who is currently going around molesting women. My point is that being in a wheel chair does not make you a saint nor necessarily innocent of any vices.
