County "officers" often have little to no training prior to becoming jail "officers".
They are also horribly paid, and many even w/o benefits.

Well if they could get their story straight it may help. A quadriplegic is someone who has all four limbs paralysed. Not that tipping anyone out of a wheel chair is necessarily a noble act but this oversight leads me to view the story with a little scepticism at least.

Throwing someone out of a wheelchair like that would likely get you beaten, kicked and stomped to death somewhere down the line where I was raised, CYDharta. There was absolutely no excuse for that. None whatsoever.
