You said above that you ouldn' shoot if it was your neighbor's place being broken into but the law in LA doesn't allow for that asbest i know, our laws are different.

He was fully within his rights to do what he did. And that's probably why he did it too.
I understand that TX law allows this but I can't agree that it's the right law. Yeah, they were illegal and we all know how I feel about that issue but I still think that it's wrong to shoot someone who isn't a threat to YOUR person or property (as in breaking into YOUR home) or someone else's PERSON.

Out of curiosity, if you were shopping for groceries and noticed some teenagers pilfering candies from the racks, would you shoot them in the back of the head, if you had a weapon with you?

Or, keeping this strictly in the hypothetical, would you sing the praises of someone who did, for taking out the trash?

Right so Horny didn't do anything wrong, not in the eyes of the law. Btw you started off your last post saying you were anti crime, its not a crime issue as much as it is about property and land ownership rights.

Bu like you said, you believe the law should be changed and that's fine, a lot of folks feel that way.

Well, you have to break a few eggs to make an omelet. If a few innocent people have to die so that I can enjoy playing Wild Wild West, I think the abandonment of the justice system is a small price to pay.

This is just one more example of why we need to seal the Texas/US border and give it back to Mexico.

You're one of the very few people in this thread who has said that most people would wish criminals dead; so if you were in the same position you're telling me you wouldn't fire?

Especially if Texans have sunk so low that they're shooting people in the back with shotguns.

It's one option. Breaking it into 3 states is another.

I'm not speaking for Wallaroo, but in the same situation I wouldn't murder two people by shooting them in the back.

Still waiting for an answer on this. It seems to not only defy physics but the fabric of reality.

This issue has nothing to do with illegal immigration. It has to do with psychopaths getting away with murder.
