Proven Wrong...
Wow, talk about a guy being proven wrong:
Guy Who Said He Was Too Fat To Die Is Executed His lawyers bithced and whined about "state sanctioned murder", although it was pretty evident this guy deserved the death penalty. His appeals were not based on a question of his guilt, but rather on him being a great big fat fuck. See ya' in Hell, Richie...

Re: Proven Wrong...
This kind of reminds me of that guy in Florida who's head burst into flames when they electrocuted him.
Of course the real problem with that execution was later on, when they actually found the guy who had committed the murder. They could free his "accomplice" who had been sentenced to life, but it was kinda late to do anything for this guy.

Re: Proven Wrong...
What kind of dumbassed argument is that, anyway? "I am too fat to be executed". He might be too fat to run a 400-meter relay, or too fat to pick up women in a bar, but too fat to die? I just feel sorry for the prison guards that had to lug that POS out.
