Actually women are just the smaller sex. Once you adjust for the overall size difference then men generally exceed women only in upper body strength, they're about equal in middle body strength and women are stronger in the lower body.

And the whole conversation is sort of silly anyway. You can't make these sweeping generalisations because in ANY large groups you find that Intragroup variations ALWAYS exceed intergroup variations. (ie, there are much greater differences between individual women and other individual women than there are general differences between women and men)
