Re: NCAA Football

Btw you know what we were talking about with the reason LSU isn't gelling atm? (More luck than skill).

I think i figured it out, its because the players on the Tigers roster can't read and write, because they're studying at Louisiana State! So when Miles calls all the plays, they're all like "what's a 3 and what's a 5..."...

(I can't take credit for that btw, someone else said it and i thought i'd put it up here... )

Gators aren't endangered! We couldn't make gator balls if they were.

Alligator Balls Recipe

1 lb Chopped alligator meat
1 Egg
1 tb Finely chopped onions
1 tb Finely chopped celery
1 tb Finely chopped parsley
2 tb Finely chopped shallots
2 ts Lemon pepper
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 c Bread crumbs
1 c Cooking oil
Flour to dredge

Combine all ingredients, form 1 inch diameter balls, allow to set one hour. Dredge in flour and fry till brown. Serve hot.

Re: NCAA Football

And there was me gonna make a joke about how the balls would always be in the mouths of LSU players!

Btw i was only angling the LSU joke in by saying Gators are endangered...after all, not many teams in the SEC that have such an "all talk and no action" philosophy...

Good choice!

I watched the La. Tech game last night and got the biggest kick out of the official...he screwed up one time and point the wrong way and corrected himself by saying on the open mike, "My bad."

Re: NCAA Football

I like it when officials realize they make errors and then correct themselves. Maybe they are human after all...

Auburn with back to back TD's, so they'e trying to get back in it, still 18 points behind though...they went for 2 in the hope to leave themselves just 2 plays behind.

I might stay tuned into this game...

Re: NCAA Football

Another TD for Auburn, at least there's one set of Tigers who aren't all over the place, eh Mrs. M?

Change back to this game, its getting exciting and all the momentum is with the Tigers...(still a quarter to go).
