The european soccer championships 2012 this summer will be hosted by Poland and Ukraine together, but while things go according to plan for the first organizer, the latter continues to produce alarming news. Such as criminal ukrainian gangs storming and occupying tourist hotels, some tour and hotel operators multiplying prices and cancelling contracts with travel agencies and operators supposed to bring soccer fans to Ukraine. Now even members of the ukrainian governement have warned that greed in combination with organized crime is in danger of derailing the supposedly positive PR resulting from the soccer championship and might add to Ukraines troubles :
