My Governor...

Was involved with corruption from the very minute he took office. Literally.

On January 1, 2007 at 12:00 the scandal began...

Re: My Governor...

In an era of massive electoral campaign fund-raising, I doubt there's be a single elected official anywhere who isn't corrupt of some sort. In this day and age where money and how much you have, decides if you will govern a state or nation, people simply don't get donations unless they promise people things. Big business and special interest certainly won't make big-money donations without getting promises of favourable legislation, etc in return. Therefore, the fact that one Governor is corrupt should be no surprise to anyone; and if it is, you must live with your head in the clouds.

What's hilarious is that this particular Governor was invovled with corruption from the very minute he took the oath at midnight on January first. The only surprise to me was the immediacy of the corruption of this slimeball.
