Only about 90% of corrupt politicians are Republicans.

When you say 90%, of course, I'm assuming that you're talking about 90% of the ones that have been "caught" doing something (proven...not Valerie Plame-esque bullshit). You're not assigning the label of "corrupt" to anybody in a speculative fashion, right? Okay. Of course it would be well beyond your conditioned reasoning to, just maybe, associate an exaggerated, disproportional percentage of known corrupt politicians who are in the GOP with the fact that the people most involved with exposing, investigating, and communicating such corruption are journalists...a population sample that undeniably falls well to the Left of center. That there are legions of reporters out there that want nothing more or less than to be the next Woodward and Bernstein. Fame, fortune, awards, plus the ability to further your own personal political agenda - what's not to like? When the average undergraduate Journalism major is out to "change the world" rather then "report the facts", that is what you get. Nah. Couldn't be that. We've never had bias among journalists. We've never had certain true stories spiked and certain other non-stories run above-the-fold for extended periods. Nah. Never happen.
