No, but you are the only one to have this go right over your head.

Re: The George W Bush Sewage Plant

I don't see how this is a reflection on the office of the President. This is a statement about the individual. It's not going to be named "the presidential" sewage treatment etc...

If the Bunny Ranch was called the Bubba house after Slick, do you think it would have no impact on the office of the Presidency either?

There's a reason the rest of the country refers to California as "granola" or "the land of the nuts, fruits and flakes"....
And i can see why people may not have respect for the office anymore, Clinton for Republicans, Bush for Democrats. But there was a time when people put their nation ahead of their politics also. Im not worried what Americans think of the office of Pres, or the govt, or even of America. Its our duty to hate govt. Im more worried about non americans seeing this. I dont exactly care what the world thinks of us, but we should united .

Our own governor thinks dumping mercury into the state isn't such a bad idea and he'd love for the state to be home for nuclear waste. He's the type of guy who loves the state so much that he'd personally be the one to see it destroyed.

LOL!!! You only want respect for the Republican office huh? I doubt you thought about respecting the office of the president when the Republicans led by Newt Gingrich were spending millions investigating Clinton's sex life. They investigated him for 4 or 5 years before they finally came up with the blue dress. There's some respect for the office! It's hypocritical to ask for respect when you show none at all yourself.

I'm sure you wouldn't be complaining about the respect of the office of the presidency if it were.

Bush deserves this sewage plant named after him. He's been the worst president in our lifetimes, if not all of our country's history. Anyone would have a very hard time trying to defend the moron.

San Francisco to vote on naming sewer after George Bush - Americas, World - The Independent

I can't decide whether I admire San Francisco more, or Vermont. Some towns in Vermont passed a law that if Bush or Cheney step foot there, they will be immediately arrested for war crimes. I love this country!
As long as we're going to honor GWB, I think Bill Clinton should also be honored by having a Vegas whorehouse named in his honor: The Bill Clinton Whorehouse and Cigar Emporium.

There are no whorehouses in Vegas, but they can be found in abundance in the Republican dominated areas of Nevada. Alas Clark county if full of liberals who won't tolerate the unethical behavior that takes place in a whorehouse within their county.
