You have a presumption of guilt here. A lot of "probes" have been launched against her since she got into the national spotlight. Why is this one any different than the ones before that have been tossed out?

Exactly right. There has been a huge number of ethics probes launched at her all but 2 were thrown out. I think the most recent one is about her accepting money from someone to help cover her legal expenses. Myself I see nothing wrong with this, since the probes were BS that were being funded by the left.
