Re: Imagine If This Were Reversed

I've lived in this country for 53 years without ever experiencing personal discrimination because of the color of my skin. When black people are able to say that, then I'll start worrying about reverse racism.

That would be appropriate. Racism on the part of the majority (~75%) is big news. Racism on the part of a minority (< 14%) that is substantially poorer and therefore less able to implement racist policy in any significant way is still news. But it's only important news for academics (not a big moonie paper audience lets face it) or for people who are trying to exploit the anger of the "oppressed" portion of the majority.

I see this as a problem because it's evidence of a power bloc in a fairly large city based entirely on racial preference. Then again, white people are all evil, so it's okay. I keep forgetting that.

And please, it isn't "reverse racisim". There isn't any such thing. It's just racism. Calling racism against white people "reverse racism" akin to saying men can't be raped, they can only be "reverse raped". It's rhetorical bullshit used to lessen the impact of an evil act on who the victim is, IMHO.

Fine call it whatever you want. Racism is fine by me. I had no intention of using the term to diminish it. As for whites being evil where did you get that?

Sorry, buddy, you make your own way in life and overcome your own obstacles. I don't think there is enough racism left to hold very many people down, it is ust their own self-pity. I also don't believe in reparations as I have not done anything wrong.

How have you been discriminated against?
I still see racism on a regular basis where I live. In fact There was an Aryan Nation chapter not far from here a few years ago. Right over the border in PA. If you don't see it where you live that's great but don't assume it's gone.

Sorry. Went overboard with the hyperbole. 'Twas uncalled for. Apologies.

And did this A.N. chapter hold significant political power, or have anything other than a bunch of dumbasses who shouldn't be breeding? I mean, there's also a Panther chapter in Philly, isn't there? Racism isn't going to go away completely no matter what we do. I just hate that a lot of people who argue that racism is alive and well and we need to do something to stop it act like it isn't a big deal when minorities do it. Aren't we all supposed to be held to the same standard?

Urban gentrification. Personally, I would like my property values increasing, but the some call urban gentrification an 'eviction'. Oy, the emotions that congers up.

Blacks tend to see conservatives and repubs as the part of rich white or older white men, etc.

I wonder if black voters in ATL would be quick to vote for a black mayor if he or she was a conservative seeing how many a black voters vote dem? Would they put race first or politics?

That only makes you gullible for actually believing those "claims" of racism.

ANYTIME a black doesn't get what they want when they want it they cry RACISM.

RACISM = A means to get whatever you want.

Furthermore 90% of people who liberally throw racism around don't even know what the fuck it means.

Racism - One who feels his or her race is superior to all others.

You couldn't even prove racism based on definition let a lone use it correctly.

    You kinda got it.

Underlying Concepts of the Black Manifesto

SOME in the black community have gone out of their way to create an anti-white counter culture that happens to embrace the exact opposite ideas that "whites" do out of hate and spite.

Its all in the black manifesto posted in the above link.

Tim if you mean what you say and say what you mean then you loath the white race and see absolute justification in the negative actions of blacks.

Actually I take that back, you just loath non-liberal whites and see them as the cause for ALL evil.

    Why?

Because you have been trained to think that way...
