This is Sam complaining about something she herself does to other posters.

Just more needless drama.

How the heck is she not being supported, Daisy?

She has been shown, time and time again, how to respond to these "attacks" without resorting to childish playground namecalling.

She refuses to do it. That's nobody's failure but hers.

Sorry guys, but this is CLASSIC.
Since you don't know what she posted that got her "suspended for backchatting", this is nothing more than idle - and completely incorrect - speculation on your part.

And I appreciate the way you understand what I am trying to say about the bullies daisym. The mods here would rather blame the poster being targeted by the bullies than do something about the bullying. Now I'm made out to be a whiny baby by the bullies and some of the mods in this thread.

Jimmy you'll get along well with like minded posters here, joining the gang eh?

Re: Policy on the use of "liar", "lies", "lying", etc.:

I never knew this board could be this entertaining. USPol should make an open section free-for-all for anyone who feels that they have been 'wronged' by anyone else.

Now THAT would be worth another 10 logins per day, (for me, anyway)...just to see who does the whining, and then comparing it to their own everyday posts...

OMFG!!!!!

I'll be away from the forum for a bit, out back building a giant wooden cross to ship to California.

Do you have your own nails, Sam, or shall I send them as well? I'd not want you to be delayed in putting yourself up and finishing your martyrdom.....

As a poster that has disagreed with Sam on many occasions, I can honestly say that you're only looking at one side, Daisy. She dishes out the BS quite regular to many of us and then cries foul if we say anything to her. She makes contradictory statements and when asked to clarify, she cries that we're attacking her. She brings many of her problems on herself with her posting style and rather than just put up with the BS, I'm going to call her on it every chance I get.

I guess you're just proving my point Matt. I'm sorry to see a mod engaged in this behavour.

It's interesting the classic bully/victim stuff daisym posted. Wierd thing is, I was never bullied like this in school. Just on this board and the one Jimmy is from. Just by republican posters who are aggressive toward liberal posters.

Ah well, I guess that's just the personality trait that goes with being on that side of the aisle.

Here is but one example of Sam doing the exact same thing she is complaining about:

What's sauce for the goose is sauce for the gander.

Sam is free to state her opinion, as she did in the quote above.

The poster who has so aggrieved her that we are on the second drama thread about it is also entitled to state their opinion.

Spare me - you do the same thing on a regular basis.

Another example:

I could go on, but it is pointless. What we have here is a double standard - when Sam does it, it is fine. When someone does it to Sam, she's being "bullied".

Sam, there's plenty of liberal posters on this forum that we all get along with. It's the extremists such as yourself and a few others that draws such ire from people.

not surprising. Adult bullying is often worse, as some research into workplace bullying has shown

in all honesty Sam I think this is bullshit. Bullying is NOT the sole preserve of one side of the political fence - bullies come in all shapes, sizes, colours, political and religious stripes. Your politics will make it more likely that those who attack you are conservative, but you may well find that this is not always the case in other situations.

Incidentally - there is also some truth in what people here say. You DO tend to have some pet topics which you present in ways that may cause offence to others, and it wouldn't do you any harm to engage in a little introspection.

Oh, this is rich. Incidentally, I was just thinking how curious it was that this thread hasn't been deleted, and "rules violations" duly distributed long ago.

That's.. actually not the problem, as such. Ire, well, suck it up. Sheesh. Warning- points, on the other hand, and threats from the moderator team to seize your whining - that's not as easy to swallow. And noone should defend that kind of behaviour. I mean, this has nothing to do with party, it's got nothing to do with whining, it's got nothing to do with the issues, it's just wrong.

Although I sure can imagine what it would look like if the shoe was on the other foot. That would be civil, I'm sure.

Re: Policy on the use of "liar", "lies", "lying", etc.:

This thread is just rehashing a closed situation, the rule regarding the use of "liar", "lies", "lying", etc. It's prohibited and has been prohibited for awhile. There is really nothing more to say about it because the rule is not changing. And given this is becoming more of a personal dig session to take shots at people--it is being closed again. Do not start new threads on this subject.
