Checking Private Messages

If you are having difficulty checking your PMs please try getting your new messages or sending messages through the User CP. I'm not sure what happened or when it will be fixed.

Both places say database error.

You'll get an error if you try to send from the UserCP, but the PM does go out.

You can read new messages via the UserCP as well.

List messages gives me an error:

Yes, the list messages function is broken.

But, if you go to UserCP, you will see any unread messages at the top of the list.

I don't know how this could happen ... I heard it's the same software they use in those Diebold voting machines.

It may be a MySQL partition being full. Although I am not sure why the rest of the db is still working. I am placing a support ticket in to the host. Thanks for your patience.

We have it fixed. The temp directory was full at 29 GB. The host cleared it out for us. I took it offline while trying to get this figured out so the db wouldn't get screwed up. Should work fine now. Thanks!

Sometimes when rigging a USPOL poll, this glitch appears.
