Re: Subscribing question
I haven't had problems with PayPal as far as I can tell. Although I use my main e-mail with them so it would be difficult to know for sure. I think the main problem is when people get an e-mail that looks like it is from PayPal and they actually click on the link.
If people aren't able to pay via PayPal they can send a cashier's check or money order to me. They would have to PM me for the details. Thanks.

Re: Subscribing question
I've never had any problems with Paypal. When I joined the the Forum, all I received was my confirmation/receipt email confirming payment, and haven't received any other emails or spam at all.

Re: Subscribing question
PayPal rocks. I do a lot of eBay, and I couldn't do it without it. I have never been spammed by PayPal, though I have been phished by other people impersonating PayPal. Just remember that PayPal will never ask you to go back and re-enter information to "verify" anything. If you see an email from PayPal asking you to verify the purchase of something, don't respond to it (I think that particular phishing technique is probably very effective--I got one asking me to verify a $1700 purchase--I about crapped my pants before I realized it was somebody phishing).
