Supervision doesn't mean "watching you at all times." It means having a dialouge with your child about what is appropriate and what is not, and having open discussion and honesty.

I use a picture in my avatar and for some reason, no one's coming on to me, (except ironmanjack, I'm pretty sure he'd follow me home if he knew where I lived (JK)).

Point being, I could be using anyone's picture.

Considering that we live in the country's ninth largest city with over 1.2 million people, I'm not too sure what the chances are of that happening, especially considering that there are over 5.8 million people who live in the entire Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.

Out of six (6) years online there has never been a problem with predators that I have been made aware of. Not to say it isn't possible, but this definitely wouldn't be the most efficient place to do so. MySpace, however, is an ideal place.

Your concerns are appreciated and partly addressed in the rules regarding personally identifiable information...but we can only go so far and must stay within reason.

I've never tried a cigarette, I've never tried drugs, and the only times I've tried alcohol, I told my parents before and after.
