Samantha=Miracle Worker?

Permanently Banned

I noticed that Sam has started posting again. When I tried to send her a pm, I was not able to do so. This is not the first time I've seen someone labelled as "permanently banned" when it turned out not to be so. What's going on and why am I not able to pm Samantha?

Re: Samantha=Miracle Worker?

Samantha reregistered as ViolaLee following her account being banned. We merged the second account into the original upon detection and confirmation that it was a reregistration of Samantha.

Re: Samantha=Miracle Worker?

Yes. When a poster gets permanently banned, that ends their allowed participation. Sometimes, though, they reregister under another alias and try to hide their prior past presence. If detected, however, we merge the account into the original one which is already terminated.

What if it turns out that Samantha and ViolaLee really are two different people? I sometimes use a public library to access the internet.

Re: Samantha=Miracle Worker?

It's a shame too. Even though I really disagree with her, she's still a friend of mine. But them's the breaks sometimes.

We had conclusive proof and plenty of it.
