Not because you have a more civilised manor no, (again i would hardly say accussing someone of absuing wome and children is civilised), its just it doesn't seem to come to you naturally like it does say Brett or it did Phillip.

Yes you are quite the master-debater! I remember that thread and trust me you are not hard to handle on an intellectual level; your ignorance of history and current events was so pitiful that I felt like a bully for even debating you.

No I haven't seen that. I didn't even see his (nor your) participation in that noose thread. I didn't look at it. I have no experience with other WNs nor with Phillip. Ignorance does not mean crap.

You introduced your tour in Iraq into a debate on Palestine and Israel as evidence of your qualification to speak on the Middle East. As soon as this gaping non-sequitur was presented I should have walked away dismissing you as unreasonable and unable to debate logically but I did not and in turn baited you out of sheer disgust.

I am guilty of that and I admit to that but you brought up your tour in Iraq not me...

Maybe it was more of a compliment to Phillip than an insult to you, but to be honest there's not a big sampling here. For those who think you have a good delivery, well i dunno where they get that assertion from unless they have a varied experience with WN folk. I am actually basing my theory on someone who was very good and much better than most at debating.

Oh please, you asked where i got my sources on the ME from and implied it was "Faux News", in your words, i explained it was first hand and you couldn't handle that. Have you ever been to Palestine to get any info on the subject?

Have you noticed though that Brett's threads tend to be the most popular as of late? His threads go for pages and pages; like or not he is a popular guy around here even if in a negative way..

Regardless of who brought what up, it was an uncalled and unfair comment on your part (I'm assuming it did happen since Trav said so and you confirmed it too).

Crap...right. I'm outta here.

Yes, I believe I've mentioned that more than once in this very thread.

It's like a bunch of people with their hand on burning stove, asking someone to turn the stove off rather than remove their own hand.

I rest my case:

1) I answered this question by telling you that my sources range from Israeli human right groups and ICJ Ad Hoc judges who were and are on the ground in Palestine.

2) Your tour in Iraq does not make you an authority on Palestine as they are two entirely different entities; I could not claim to be an authority on Germany because I visited France...that would be silly.

I had never said i had a "tour" of Iraq, i don't serve in the military and i am not serving active duty out there, which may explain where the abusing women and children thing if you were generalising your view of our military (again a beautiful delivery).

You asked me where i got my info on the ME from. I have visited various middle Eastern nations (Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Kuwait, the Emirates, Yemen all included) and that was my argument to you saying that is where i get my info from. YOU were the one who first brought in Iraq, not me, and like with the rest of the ME i explained where i get my views/information from.

No but you asked in General about my sources on the ME, and i based my argument on whether it was Jews who were involved in the run up to the war based on my knowledge of what goes on in Iraq and where i get my info on Iraq from. My argument about Palestine was not to do with my experiences in Iraq.

According to the Lancet we have over a half a million dead Iraqi's due to the consequences of the U.S. war of aggression so my point stands at least for your military; some may have honourable motives but none the less it is a war of aggression...

But you will concede that visiting these places does make you an authority on Palestine?

Right but don't lump me in as someone who has abused Iraqi's just because you think our military has.

I never said it did, i said it qualified me better than you on the issue of Iraq, which you brought up with a response to Gem, not me. You're the one who blasted Republicans and brought Iraq into it and then asked me where i get my info on the Middle East from and i answered.

I will apologise for doing so; I am man enough to do that but I stick by the claim that your military abused Iraqi's by launching a war of aggression against their nation.
