Yeah, that's true. Or, using a proxy server of some kind. I looked at the USPO cookie some time back, but don't really remember it. It could be generated based on some combination of your username and IP address. If the connection point were acquiring different IP's for some reason, the cookie might become outdated and need refreshing.
