I have no problems uploading images from IE7, haven't tried it with Mozilla. I tried to walk a poster through it but he/she couldn't get beyond upload failed with the acceptable format and size. Due to the wide range of success/failure I'd think it would have something to do with poster machine configuration or IP.

It works for me. I use the version of IE that came with my laptop with Vista (I'm pretty sure I have the most recent version of IE).
