Do you have any opinion of the conquest of the Americas?

wrong wrong. there are many beliefs i have respect for, but Islam is not one of them. Its the only religion in the world thats basis is essentially the denial of my own.

That's the problem.

To them, your beliefs are a lie. To them, what they believe is the absolute truth. I've got news for you: It's all lies.

Neither of you is able to provide evidence to back up your claims. Absolutely nothing.

So why should someone believe either faith?

You are correct.
That is, so often, the case. Point it out if you must, but I'm used to it...

Yeah, you really did...

Yeah, you really did...

how do you know I can not provide evidence?

There is as much proof of God as there is of black holes.

Most of what you say is true, the lie IS created by men and men embrace and allow evil. They often do so in the name of god, but god does not allow it, because he doesn't exist. God doesn't suggest anything, the voice you hear is your own.

Reading truly is fundamental.

I didn't say you should have respect for her religion. I said you should simply respect the fact that her beliefs are different than your own. I didn't say a fucking thing about respecting Islam.

You say you're a teacher, huh?

I weep for your students...

We're ten pages in, Slick. If you had any, you'd have presented it by now.

Seriously, I would probably be able to hold on to at least a sliver of respect for you if you could now tell us what "evidence" there is that god exists, or if you'd simply man-up and admit that you have nothing.

Either way, just saying that there's proof accomplishes nothing, aside from making you look silly...

Out of curiosity, do you ever voice your opinion on Islam and such in Real Life or only on the internet?

The effects of Black holes can be observed, and these effects could not have been caused by most anything else. You may indeed observe what you say are the effects of god, but they could easily have been caused by other things.
