How do I change my avatar?

I just noticed that while I have changed my profile picture, and it has changed in the profile, the avatar on my posts is still the same. Isn't the profile picture and the avatar the same thing? and if not, how do I change the avatar? Thanks.

Go to "User CP" up in the left hand corner... in the little blue row.

Click on "Change Avatar"...

And, no - your profile pic and your avatar are two different things.
