How come PR always has a dotted line under it?

see? does anybody else see that?

I'm not doing any formatting, it just shows up that way.

I'm seeing it. Must be a firefox thing if Jefe doesn't.

Jefe, it's not the spellchecker, because it only marks stuff in text boxes.

Odd.

Spellcheck underlines things in red, so it's not spellcheck.
