Jesus H Christ, lady. What is your deal? She is trying to be nice and show respect to the soldiers in Iraq who have died. My husband is going there and I honestly would honor the fact that if something happened to him that someone is showing respect for him. No offense, but if you would get offended then don't look in the thread. She doesn't need permission. Leave her alone. Thank you.

Whoa! When you're wrong, you're dead wrong! Sam and I vehemently disagree on 99.9% of the issues and anything else we talk about on this forum but to slam her on this thread is incomprehensible. I see no propaganda and no disrespect so I'd suggest you rethink your position and hopefully, the mods will clear these posts out so we can continue this thread the way Sam meant it to be.

OK, could be that I got the wrong idea about this thread. If so I humbly apologise to SAM.
I did see it as one of those play up the dead soldiers to inflame others against the war... Like they way the libs/dems use the bodycount as propaganda against our war effort.

If honoring our fallen soldiers I think its fine.
Sorry.-TZS-

I'm sure Sam will accept your apology. Honestly, I do see this as a great way to honor our brave men and women who have died in service for America. If I thought for one minute that Sam meant anything other than that, I promise I'd been on her at the very beginning like white on rice!!!!

Apology accepted. And if you would like to help me post the memorials, that would be great. Everyone can help. Just click the link and post the next one on the list, from January 21 to present.

IronMaiden, my best wishes for your husband's safety. Please thank him for me, for serving our country.
