Because Dear, they're afraid that if they get mad, they'll do something "Russian"...like move in again.

need an example...try all BS calling Obama a NAZI...
Nor should they. You still haven't answered my question; why do the Czechs give a shit what Russia thinks about this? The "reasons" you have given only show they should care even less.

"Dear"? WTF?

Russia is a lot of things, but they aren't stupid. Russia knows they don't have the ability to pull something like that off again, both militarily or politically. That threat is non-existant.

Not my fault your "reasons" leave out all logic.

Neither the Czech nor Polish governments seem overly concerned about it

The Czechs are probably thrilled.
Quote:
The Czech republic's interim government seemed unconcerned by the U.S. decision to shelve the missile shield plans, which had been unpopular among many ordinary Czechs. The Czech government that signed an agreement to host the radar element of the shield was forced to resign earlier this summer.

From what i can gather from the people i know it is way more about their own perceived benefit than it is about Russia. But, because they have a dislike for Russia and this appears to be a small victory for the Russians, that irks them a bit.

True enough. I just simply could not understand the Russian angle some have brought up.

I wonder, why some always were so smart when they had a lot say about Bush’s geo-political mistakes but get awfully dumb when it comes to Obamas, as if all of a sudden nothing one does for or to another matters ......whatever, another waste of time..peace out …. pun fully intended.

But this is one of Bush's geo-political mistakes reversed. How can it be an Obama mistake at the same time??

Netanyahu supposedly had a secret meeting with the Russians recently. Possibly the Russians agreed not to supply Iran with the S-300 air defense missiles in exchange for the US scrapping their missile shield plans.

I really don't see how it was a geo-political mistake on Bush's part though. So he pissed off the Russians, so what?
