Quite a number of your U.S. politicians against the wall, then?
His rights mean nothing to me if it means that Americans, or those whose safety is entrusted to Americans, are put in peril.
This strikes as appropriate, since last we hear of Wikileaks they were exposing the U.S. misconducts regarding the tortures in Iraq.
It's clear that you're unable to digest the responsibilities that go along with the "right" of free speech (assuming they have it), despite them being pointed out to you. Ergo, I honestly couldn't give less of a fuck what your opinion is. It means dick...
What I could gather, is that you have issues with Wikileaks exposing U.S. misbehaviours.
As if the U.S. would have no resposibilities, would not have to face the judgement of their actions and misconducts. Which is also wrong.

Do I feel that wikileaks is right? No, they danger the lives of many people.
-But they do it because of U.S. habit of sweeping ill information under the rug.
En uneksi. I do not dream.

You're not an American. I understand why you're bitter...

I'll repeat: (a fact, not my opinion!)
you are calling for murder for very specific persons! Don't you have a law against that, like that fire in a theatre thing?
    Treat them as enemy combatants...

And because I knew you would shit out such answers, I did refer to the declaration of independance and the constitution. I'd like to see you claiming both meaning dick, too. Not that you haven't already in indirect form.
Again, as has been pointed out to you, the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution do not pertain to non-citizens in other countries. That's a pretty simple fucking concept, and it's one which has been explained to you. However, you're either too bitter to comprehend it (because you don't get to be an American) or you're simply completely incapable of comprehending that ridiculously simple concept.

    Which is it?

    They should all be killed.

What about their "work" is absolutely necessary?

-Why should he/me /we be bitter about the fact that we don't have to swear an oath in front of the flag of the U.S.?

    Treat them as enemy combatants...
Say, like terrorists? Or alledged ones? Or as enemy soldiers, protected by laws the U.S. fails to follow?
Again, as has been pointed out to you, the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution do not pertain to non-citizens in other countries.
But somehow U.S. right of might does?

Your founding fathers did present a good pile of sheets. It would be nice if you would first follow them, apply them.

However, you're either too bitter to comprehend it (because you don't get to be an American) or you're simply completely incapable of comprehending that ridiculously simple concept.

And we are back in this "U.S.A. #1!!!!"

All you're doing is advocating the murder of one group of people over another. You're advocating the killing of people connected to the United States, simply because you don't like US policy. I'm advocating the killing of people who wish to do the United States harm.

Your reason blows. As an American, mine is on sound moral ground.

Now, go wallow with Farouk in your bile-laden puddle of bitterness because you're not an American...

I don't believe that democracy is compatible with secrets.

Your nations misdeeds and lies out in the open. That is rather important, especially since the U.S. was supposed to be the liberator, the beacon of light, hope in the tyrannical darkness.

So people's live should be put in jeopardy? Exposing secrets is permissible when you know it could possibly get people killed? That's acceptable?

    Newsweek?

That's, perhaps, a half-step above Rolling Stone in the "I just can't take this shit seriously" category. I wouldn't hang my hat on that distinction...

I actually do not advocate the murder of any group.

You're advocating the killing of people connected to the United States, simply because you don't like US policy.
No, I am saying that U.S. actions have been very wrong. They have systematically swept wrongdoings under the rug. That is not how democratic nation should act.
I'm advocating the killing of people who wish to do the United States harm.
By exposing the misdeeds. Not harming, but bringing misdeeds to the light of day.
-So, you have no issues on the misdeed of th U.S.?

Your reason blows. As an American, mine is on sound moral ground.
How? Moral high ground is what the U.S. claimed to have had. That is not the case, however. The actions of the U.S. are normal for a superpower, but they are not too shiny.

Now, go wallow with Farouk in your bile-laden puddle of bitterness because you're not an American...
I am still not least bit bitter about that.

Once I get back in the evening, I'll seek out few pointers. But fact to the matter is, your nation is not number one. Patriotic americans have said this, and it seems you are in denial.
    Newsweek?

Feel as you want, does not harm me. But it's in the international politics section. Do look it up.

Your law is the one after mine: 18 U.S.C. § 794 : US Code - Section 794: Gathering or delivering defense information to aid foreign government

    Yes, I overlooked that.

That law could apply - only for actual actions on actual US territory of course. The guy who sent out the documents could have a real problem. WikiLeaks employees outside the USA do not have a legal problem.
