I think there should be an award for best diplomat outside the US or something like that. Kind of like the Oscar for Best Foreign Film.

I always thought there was something stupid or arrogant about making a separate award for Best Foreigner award. Make the whole thing international and take the Best available worldwide (and possibly make a "Best Local" minor award), OR make the whole sign national and completely ignore foreign stuff.

I don't think the other non-american posters here would appreciate having separate awards for americans and non-americans.
