New Health Care forum and advisement

I have combed the forum and moved all the health care threads I could locate within the past couple weeks and relocated them into this new forum. All new health care related threads should be posted in this forum. That way, the site has an organised place and format for discussing this subject.

DO NOT start new threads on health care related subjects in other forums, especially Breaking News, White House or Capitol Hill. That will defeat the purpose of this forum for the site's organisational purposes. Posting health care threads elsewhere--especially the Breaking News, White House or Capitol Hill forums-- in order to competitively 'highlight' a thread or theme over all others will be considered board spamming and points will be issued to the thread creators for the violation with the violating threads either being relocated or deleted at the discretion of the moderation staff.

Health care may be discussed within a thread in other sections as part of the overall discussion provided it is on topic to the thread's larger discussion theme. However, all original threads that solely or primarily wish to discuss health care must be posted here.

I hope the new forum makes the site more attractive and focused for discussing this important subject matter. Enjoy.
