Welcome to the Forum. What exactly is a "traditionalist?"

Great. Another caveman among us. Get with the times, dude. Unless you're making a beansprout sandwich after having homosexual I'm-still-pissed-about-the-2000-election rough sex atop Che Guevara bedsheets, but under the dim glow of compact fluorescent bulbs, you're an enemy to the evolution of our society and the new world order.

Just yankin' your chain. Welcome to the chaos.

Do be prepared, however, to have any traditional values you possess regarded as Neanderthal by some here, though. The more rabid leftists are apt to condemn what they cannot possibly understand.

Nope. I got nothing against homo-sexuals my friend. People's own choice.

Yes, I get with the times, thank you very much. I oppose globalization, and take pride on my heritage and the respect immigrants should have for my culture, country and values. Does that make me a caveman?

I dont devide people into right or left-thinking.

He was joking around Thorvald, and being sarcastic.

Re: The Introduce Yourself thread!

Hello...my name is psychobabble...babs to some, babble to others..really ..I'm not picky.

I've been browsing the internet this evening to find a decent political forum because I am seeking one thing. I want a republican who supports McCain and Palin to have an intelligent and rational debate with me about WHY they are going to vote for them. I have been at this for weeks and have yet to find anything but silence, mud slinging and negativity.

Ahead of time I just registered to vote for the first time, I'm 32 years old. I registered democratic...for many many reasons...

I will be respectful, intelligent and passionate about why I feel the way I do about my vote and I just want the same in return.

*MY GOD you have a lot of people here..lol*

Re: The Introduce Yourself thread!

Ah, it's my turn...

My name is Samuel Kimura(ؑj. (It's fake name, but surname is real.)
I'm a 18-year-old Highschool student.
I live in Tokyo, Japan.

As I'm still a teenager, there may be something I don't know about politics
So I'm here to learn much about U.S politics..
Politically, I think, I'm usually conservative. (Sometimes I become left suddenly, though)

I'm good at speaking English. (In East Asian standards)
I'm excellent at Korean Language.
My hobby is playing computer games, reading manga, reading USA TODAY, fishing, etc.....
I'm interested in Military weapons(especially WMD)

I wanna become a Engineer of Lockheed Martin, someday..
So I study math, and physics very much..

Thanks.

Welcome ASAT! I've learned a lot here - it's easy when one is at the low end of the learning curve as I was. If you keep an open mind, you will learn.

I'm voting for McCain because Reagan is ineligible for a third term.

Re: The Introduce Yourself thread!

Hello all, Passfan Here

I am an internet junkie who posts on multiple boards. My main board is the Tampa Bay Buccaneers board where off topic discussions on politics have gotten out of hand lately and so off I went in search of civility. I hope I find it here and things look good so far. I live in Florida (so my vote counts...or not), I am an Electrical Contractor with a specialized engineering degree who builds his own stereo equipment and furniture. I occasionally mispell words (get over it) and sometimes go off without thinking and fully expect to be put in my place for it (and will willingly go). I fled a board that had degenerated into bullying, namecalling and cliques and look forward to actually being able to share ideas and kick things around, but don't bully me... I can be sarcastic and witty as heck. Be seeing you guys around.
