Welcome to the board. You'll find some not so politcally savvy people here too, but the majority of the active members make this a great board. My advice is to ignore the people obviously trying to incite your temper and piss you off, and you'll likely find some good discussions. Have fun!

Well, it's late to introduce myself here since I've done it in different places already (not formally though). If you would like more about me you can see my website by veiwing my profile.

As you've seen, I came here to piss, bitch-n-moan about those things in the world that . . . well, make me irritated :-) My veiws tend towards independant/nationalist, but TEND is the key word. I've been called a right wing, wing nut and many other interesting terms by . . . .well, the people who hold views I disagree with (the "We have to accept change as part of life. ANY and EVERY change. So, people who are attracted to the same sex should be able to get married, it shouldn't be against the law for people to have sex with children if that's what they're attracted to. It should be legal to murder your son or daughter if you were raised in another culture that this was considered an honor killing when they disgraced the family). I'm sure you get the idea. In case you're wondering, I'm not a religious nut (agnostic), I consider myself a common sense, law of NATURE nut :-)

My name is Moses and I'm a 24 year old computer science student at the university of maryland. I am a liberal, and I'm very proud of it. I disdain western religions since they tend to conflict with modern science and modern views on morality. I am agnostic, because while I believe there is no god, I certainly don't know that there isn't.

Well, maybe I'm a bit late, but here we go:

I am a 23-year-old student from Munich. I'm at a language school to become an interpreter and translator for English-German and German-English for economics and law. I see this forum as a good possibility to practise my English and to learn how other people in this world see things.
