in China's book shop ,Boss sell Gung Fu books,it teach people Gung Fu.but i afraid you don't understand chinese,so i suggest he can buy Gung Fu VCD/DVD for her.She can learn Gung Fu from Video CD.it's not expensive

he can buy other things for your daughter.what about Gung Fu clothes?

Good morning sunny! I love Lethal Weapon, Jet Li is the funniest guy, I like him too. I liked Mel Gibson before he made that awful movie Passion of the Christ.....it was terrible and now I don't like Mel so much anymore. But I still love his Mad Max movies, those are the best!

Your English is very good sunny. It is so great that you can teach us about Chinese people. I have a Chinese friend at the Post office. He said that Chinese people never buy Japanese cars because of WWII and everyone buys American cars. Chrysler? Plymouth?

I like Japanese cars because they get the best gas mileage. I think the Japanese people have forgiven us for dropping 2 atomic bombs on them. Maybe the Chinese should forgive too?

If Japanese don't confess that they invaded China and Korea and other asian country,not only China but also Korea will never forgive them.

I can understand that, how can you forgive if they never admit to it...we admitted to bombing Japan with two atomic bombs and then we helped them rebuild. So they have forgiven us. Well I don't know enough about Nanking so I looked it up and found this page that says the Japanese admit to killing "no fewer than" 200,000 people there. Chinese estimates are 340,000.

32, year old African American male ("unfortunately" I sometimes feel), from the midwest USA. Came from a military family so I had the opportunity to live in various locations growing up.

Favorite music is 60's, 70's & 80's Soul, Jazz of various kinds, old Rock, and various other kinds of music. I like anything from Sinatra & Sammy Davis Jr. to Bob Marley. (& a whollle lot in between).

The screen name says it all. I don't consider myself part of either major political party. The Republicrats don't appeal to me... It's one big party with two faces. Or the two headed snake as I also like to call the American 2 party system. I don't feel that 2 parties could possibly represent a nation of 300 million people. The idea is outrageous.

My interests are in international politics, peace, corruption, U.S. political reform, having a 3rd and 4th (major) political party, etc...basically things that will never happen. I'm not a fan of politics per se...because I don't hold most politicians in high regard. I put them somewhere between child molesters and used car salesmen.
Of course I went to college for things that don't interests me as much... I still may go back for a degree in international relations, or something similar.

But glad i found this forum. I mostly plan to read the posts...but will chime in once or twice a week.

Huh? Why would the Chinese have to forgive us for liberating them from the Japanese?
It was Japan that committed the rape of Nangjing(sp?), practiced human experiments, similar to the Nazis, on Chinese people in concentration camps, surprise bombed Hong Kong on Dec.7th, invaded China, killing hundreds of thousands, etc., etc., I'm sure that the Chinese rejoiced when Japan surrendered, don't you think so?
