Hey everybody,

I'm a regular on several other VB3 forums, all of which host political debates but none of which revolve around these discussions. There seems to be some interesting people on this board, and I hope to get to know some of you. I'm a pretty classic liberal democrat, with some off-kilter beliefs here and there. I'll be supporting John Kerry in the upcoming election, and at this point, I'm hoping that his running mate will be John Edwards or McCain.

Its funny that I found this place now because Ive been looking for a froum like this for awhile. I found one that I posted at (and am still a mod at) but it didnt have everything that I wanted. So, I created my own forum called War & Peace...As I was doing a search on Google for my new forum, I came across this place. Anyways, I look forward to discussing here, and hopefully recruit some people over to my new place ...

This is my virgin post here. I frequent a couple of other boards but they have grown quite stale; the same people saying the same thing - so predictable. Here, I'm not sure I will be able to keep up with all the activity but the variety and diversity is refreshing. Hope to see you around.

Hello everybody,
My first name is Denis, I'm a 33 year old male, married and a little boy.
As you can see i'm french, living in Bordeaux, but i come from a beautifull southern city called Aix en Provence (closed to the mediteranean sea).
i work as an engineer in the orthopedic field (spine) in a small french company that we created with friends 5 years ago.
I love windsurfing, alpine skiing, travelling...
I've been 3 time in the US (LA, NYC, Phoenix), and each time i really enjoyed it. So i should come and visit you again quite soon
In term of politics, my ideas are closed to the french centre party, so i think i'd be a kind of democrat voting for Clinton in your country.
Sometimes it's hard to me to understand everything i read in english, so it is a good occasion for me to improve it.

My name is Sven, I am from Germany, living in Stuttgart, and I am 28 years old/young, single (no luck in love so far ).
I've been working for a couple of years in international sales administrations and will start to study business administration this autumn.
I like music, movies, sports, and I am also interested in politics and philosophy.
This site seems quite to be interesting as here are many people from different countries, so I am looking forward to some quite interesting discussions in the global village

I'm 39 living in America but I'm Irish. I'm here on work and only belong to one other forum and it is based on satire. I'm a writer under a different name there. My ideaologies fit into no constrained label and I do enjoy reading this forum. I like writing satire and find it is a great avenue to get rid of my pinned up frustration over the condition of the planet.

Maybe my stories will sort out the world someday.

Hi, I'm a typical over-educated under-employed gen-x slacker... degrees in political science, sociology and philosophy. I also have a very strong background in history (classical, medieval and European modern) as well as interests in the history of warfare. Needless to say, I also have a very rational dislike of the Bush Administration.

This my first post and i cant wait to start debunking the liberal luncay that seems to float around this site.

I came to thise site after my previous politics site was attacked and destroyed by hackers (read about it at roadtowar.com). This site is considerably larger than what i am used to, but i hope i can adjust with ease.
