Hello All, I'm George Zepeda from CA and I just hope to discuss politics, engage, and hopefully learn a little from everyone. Talking never hurt anyone. Peace.

Hi. My name is Jimbo & I've been posting here for about a week. Left of center, but not far left.

I like a good argument & I like to express my opinion on things because I think my opinion is better than yours.

What.....????

Wanna fight about it?????

Fine!!! Bring it on!!!!!

Re: The Introduce Yourself thread!

Hello, I'm Hafke. I'm from the Irish Republic and I'm a 17 year old history and politics student. I love political discussion. My political beliefs at the moment include opposing a "united Ireland", being pro choice and pro gay rights and being completely secular. I try to avoid lecturing foreigners about their issues, mainly because I've been on the receiving end of too many myself, mostly, I'm afraid to say, from Americans. I'd love to hear about other peoples' views. I'll try to be respectful, because I realise that life is complicated.

Re: The Introduce Yourself thread!

Hello everyone, I'm thrilled to be here.

I'm a big Hillary supporter (obviously) and I am really hoping she gets to be our first great American woman president.

I can't wait to meet everyone!

Hillary is the candidate I'm leaning towards as well. Having said that I would like to say that you will have better luck on this site if you stick to discussion rather than cheer leading for a particular candidate. It doesn't really work and will only pigeonhole you.

Welcome.

Re: The Introduce Yourself thread!

Hey, my name is Kash. I'm a member of some technology forums and we get into pretty heated political discussions, so I wanted to find a forum that specializes in these sort of discussions. I like the exchange of ideas that happens as a result of informed debate on forums, and so I come here with an open mind and hope others would like to hear some of my opinions.

I'll be finishing up undergrad this semester and am looking to attend law school in the fall.

Welcome to all the newcomers! It is great to have you here since the forum can become incestuous at times. Glad you are here for new views.
