Its your rank, the more you post the (the total of your posts being the variant) the more stars you'll get an eventually eagles etc.

Eventually your rank will increase to Senator, Speaker of the house, Governor etc until you reach President which is the highest i think.

But you can change it at some point to from your custom title to something else but i think that's either a contributing member feature or after 30 days.
