The Introduce Yourself thread!

Greetings and salutations. My name is Erich. I am from Colorado Springs. That doesn't mean I am a right wing nut job like so many of the people from here are lol

I am actually pretty middle of the road on most issues, but I lean slightly right. For example, I believe strongly in the right to keep and bear arms, yet I also believe strongly that gay marriage is never going to hurt anyone.

In the interest of full disclosure, I used to be the admin of a conservative board, but I gave it to someone else because my political standing is becoming more... refined? Also because my forum was overrun by people who think that anyone different than them is worthy of a racial slur. So, oh well. Let 'em have it. It seems like I have found my new online home right here

I am a political junkie, so I look forward to participating heavily in the forums!

Hi everyone. My name is Jessica, and I live in Iowa. I have 2 daughters, a musician boyfriend and I work in the political world. I used to work for an issue campaign up until the caucus and now I'm trying to find work here in Iowa (which has proven to be difficult).

I love a hearty debate, but I'm a full on liberal and not likely to change my mind.

I have no idea why you have an issue with conservatives, but my ex-wife was a moderate to liberal and that didn't work out well at all. I'm sticking to conservatives.
