Because McCain is such a fucking idiot he thought he could hoodwink the women voters annoyed that Hillary lost for the sake of nominating a woman.

If Hillary would have won the nomination and not picked Obama for VP, he would have nominated a black to try win black votes. He even put names like Romney and Pawlenty out there to give Obama the impression he needn't worry about the possibility of a woman on the ticket.

But it is kind of fitting, she was such a joke on the ticket its no more than he deserved. He's been screwing up the GOP for as long as he could, and he deserved her to take away what little hope he ever had.

Seriously though, her comments about having a kid in TX and legitamising groups like the AIP were more than enough for me.
