I was a single father for a few years and I'm currently staying home with my infant son. I call it parenting.

A lot of women are, amazingly enough, sexist against women.

Yep, thats about the size of it. I don't believe there is a bias. Not if what came before is called a bias. there are a few misogynists left. they are rare beasts. like unicorns. and virgins. and unicorn virgins.

I don't like any woman who does nothing but play stay at home mom and then try to tell me how hard she has it (wah fucking wah). THEN when she does reenter the workforce, try to expect the same pay that those of us who didn't take time off work receive.

I do a tiny bit of contracting also. So I'll never be completely outside the job market but I'll always make decisions on my employment based on being a parent.
