The biggest problem I see that women and girls have is that so many of them get involved with half raised men who don't know the meaning of the world commitment.

The point is that women (and children of both sexes) are victims of violent crime far more than men. And women are victim of rape far more than men.

You asked what problems women and girls face more than boys and men and the fact is that violent sexual assault is one of those things.

Anyway, the simple fact of the matter is that a) women in comparable situations to men are, overall, disadvantaged, and b) you are ignoring underlying societal factors that put women in a position of inferiority.

This is not a "mythical" woman. It is a very common situation that many women find themselves in after they have taken long periods of time off to raise their kids until the children go to school. Many women are shocked to find how the job markets have changed and how far behind they really are after taking that much time off.

So do you feel that we need to have a council on insert demographic here whenever it can be shown that a given demographic has a particularly commonly occurring problem with a particular issue?
