you EVER NOTICED--that during a press conference FOLLOW UP questions by the same reporter are not allowed. Something that the press has complained about also.

Obama has been called out on this before--by calling on someone he cannot see in a crowded room by their name. He's calling on them--because he has their question--& has an answer for it--already programmed in his teleprompter.
