Then what does "risk" factor indicate? You've heard it before. Risk/Reward factor.

You know instead of the WH telling us how many jobs they have saved or created they probably should concern themselves with how many votes they saved or created last night in NJ & Virginia.-

There is also a risk reward factor for money management and investing. However, if someone is wealthy concerning money based markets, wouldn't that individual have different priorities than developing a work ethic and being a wage slave? That is a form of risk/reward factor that we have not yet eliminated in our first world or more developed economy. The risk/reward factor for someone who is wealthy enough to live off the interest on the interest of their capital would be different from someone with a traditional work ethic that requires labor market participation for an income.

Then change that--but don't throw the baby out with the bath water. I somewhat agree with you that someone who sits & pushes buttons & makes millions of dollars a year doing so--versus someone who actually creates jobs for others & makes the same income as the button pusher--"maybe" should be taxed differently.

Well, I am advocating for true witness bearing concerning the federal at-will employment doctrine and state at-will employment laws. We could have zero percent official poverty when due to a simple lack of income by providing recourse to unemployment compensation that complies with the federal doctrine and state at-will employment laws; it could also simulate zero percent official unemployment by current accounting methods.

With no market participant in official poverty, welfare as we currently know it (and the war on poverty) could be ended by attrition.

Ending the drug war and taxing that form of Commerce could also lower our tax burden.
