I think that's what my nephew did, the cosmetic part. I'm pretty sure the paint job isn't what won it. Great lesson to teach a kid!!

wrong again. I took over as Scoutmaster from a gay man who had not only a live in partner his own age, but was molesting the kids.

Please, show some real evidence that there is any increased risk.

Not "my buddy saw" or "I worked with a guy" or "Focus on the Family says" but real evidence.

Here's my question, why do they let any adult-male, female, gay, straight, whatever, take groups of kids alone to the wilderness? As a parent, I think it's pretty darn irresponsible to think "he's straight, no way he'd touch my kid". And as Ernie has pointed out, it's perfectly natural to be attracted to kids once they're 14 or so.

Yeah thats why groups now practice "safe sanctuary" ie at least two adults at all times.
