FORUM RULES, IN ADDITION TO THE DISCLAIMER

1. These rules apply to all sections of USPOL, including public and private forums, blogs, and visitor messages.

2. You cannot attack and/or personally insult someone. You cannot bait other forum members; this includes referring to posters by derogatory terms. Please, remain courteous and respectful to all forum members at all times. You agree to take responsibility for reporting such posts when you come across them. Please, use the ignore feature if need be. Any member who intentionally and continually posts inflammatory, extraneous, or off-topic messages with the primary intent of provoking readers into an emotional response, or of otherwise disrupting normal on-topic discussion, may be regarded as a troll by staff, and have their account suspended or banned.

3. You cannot harass (sexually or otherwise) other members. This includes malicious, slanderous, or defamatory comments. If you are not sure if something you write is inappropriate or not then don't say it. Err on the side of caution.

4. Copying and Pasting Articles, and Starting New Threads. You cannot simply cut and paste in posts or when starting threads. You MUST provide the identifying information (source, author, date, and URL). You must also offer some original thoughts along with the cut and paste. You may copy and paste an excerpt or series of excerpts from the article. Excerpts really shouldnt be more then a paragraph or two. Furthermore, if you use images or other copyrighted material in your posts or signature you must have permission of the copyright holder unless you know for a fact that the image is in the public domain. In addition:
a. It must include the identifying information; e.g., where available, the author, the publication, the date, the URL.
b. The member must offer some context, including: How did you hear of this article? What is your opinion? Why is it important to you? Why should it be important to forum readers? The more context you provide, the more you assist others in gauging the excerpted information's significance.
c. You may copy and paste an excerpt or series of excerpts, not the whole thing or even the majority of the whole thing to encourage people to read the entire article.

A violation of any of the above will result in the deletion or closing of the post or thread and could earn you a warning or suspension. If you have any questions concering any of the above please PM a moderator and we will be happy to clarify.

5. You cannot post the same thing in multiple forums. You must not open similar threads about the same or a similar topic. You cannot spam the board or send unsolicited messages to members via PM, email or any other means.

6. Do not post off-topic. You cannot derail a thread with off topic posts.

7. You cannot shout in posts. This includes posting in all CAPS, bold, lIkE tHiS, and extra large font. Posts should also be one color, although you may use an additional color for highlighting ideas you wish to address.

8. You may not alter quotes in a way that misrepresents what was originally said.

9. Multiple accounts are not allowed. If you are found to have more than one account all accounts will be permanently terminated.

10. You cannot have a user name, avatar, signature, or post images that are deliberately offensive. That includes the display of overly explicit or graphic images that may not be suitable for minors.

11. Signatures can not have more than three lines of text, with a font size no larger than "4", and no more than two font colors. Images in signatures cannot be any larger than 800 pixels wide x 200 pixels tall. Animated images are not allowed.

12. You are prohibited from taking any action to disturb the use of the services by others, distribute material that contains viruses, spyware or any other malicious code or harmful programs. This includes interfering with the working of the network, attempts to gain unauthorized access to a service or other computer systems that are part of the site or any other site, by use of the available services.

13. Discussion of moderation actions in public and/or private forums is not permitted. Moderation actions include warnings, suspensions and the editing or deletion of posts. If a member has a concern about a moderation action, he or she is invited to address it with the board staff via Private Message. This rule exists to protect the privacy of all posters with regards to disciplinary action. The moderator team will never publicly discuss the warnings/suspensions of any posters, and we ask that you return the favor, whether about yourself or another poster. Posting about moderation actions in the public forums constitutes a violation. You are free to discuss a moderation action via Private Message with the moderator involved, but you may not harass or abuse the moderators (as already specified in the forum rules). In practical terms, this means that once a moderator tells you his or her decision is final, no further PMs about that moderation action are permitted. If you have a concern about a moderation action, you are free to appeal to a Forum Administrator via Private Message. You may only discuss moderator activities or discussion of moderation with staff member if you chose to private message and are not under any circumstances allowed to use the PM function to forward or promote moderator discussion in regards to specific forum action, amongst other regular members. Administrators do reserve the right to read said PMs and may do so ; if that results in discovery of messaging between posters of such moderator discussion then it will lead to the same violation being received for discussing said moderator actions on the forum. If you receive a message to the effect of having been given moderator information, please report it to a member of staff. Engaging back in that discussion with the original violator will earn you just as stiff a sanction.

14. Do not ignore moderators or administrators. Do not repost something a moderator or administrator has deleted. You cannot have moderators or administrators on your ignore list.

15. Only post in English. Short passages in foreign languages may be acceptable if its use seems helpful for the ongoing discussion and when there is no indication of a potential violation of the forum rules. Always provide a translation into English in such cases. In case of doubt, the incident will be regarded as a violation, no matter of the actual meaning of the foreign language text.

16. The use of words/comments etc. written by other posters, without approval of the poster in your personal signature is not allowed nor are references, by name, to other posters allowed.

17. Please pay attention to announcements by Forum staff that will be found in the "Welcome! / News & Announcements" forum from time to time.

18. Use of "liar", "lies", "lying", etc. Accusing someone of being a "liar" or similar accusations towards other posters will generally be regarded as implying an insult and therewith as a violation of the forum rules. "I question the validity of your statement because...", "That's not the truth" or "you are wrong about that" are sufficient for any decent discussion if you want to disagree with somebody's assertions.

19. Thread opening restriction for new members. In order to control SPAM, new members must have moderator approval to start their own threads.

20. Thread titles must relate to the discussion within. Do not make misleading titles, or titles such as "Guess what..." or "You'll never believe this...". Members need to be able to identify the general gist of the thread via the title. Profanity in thread titles is not permitted.

21. Forum members are instructed to use forum tools and abilities for their intended purposes and no other. If members identify a forum glitch or weakness of any kind that allows you to see or do something you know you shouldn't, please report it. Being aware of any unintended access to the Forum and failing to take appropriate steps to notify staff of said access issues, will create a presumption of seeking to take advantage of the issue, will result in either account suspension, or banishment.

22. Any link to a site that contains graphic content, must contain a warning describing what a person might reasonably expect to view if they click on said link. No graphic pictures are to be posted on the Forum.

23. Threats or advocations of violence toward a public figure, or member of the Forum, will not be tolerated. Conversation about revolution or the like is not prohibited by this rule; directly calling for violence is, eg It's time to kill every <redacted> that voted for the bill, is not permitted.

24. Accounts with no posts will be deleted after 30 days. Inactive accounts with low post histories may be deleted after one year.

25. Private forums are something offered to members that decide to contribute directly to this site via donations. These donations help immensely in keeping this site up and running. Private forums are designed to allow the contributing member discuss whatever he/she wants to and to have the power to direct that discussion in whatever way he/she chose. They were not designed nor are they intended for simply talking trash about members that don't have access to the forum. While the targeted members cannot see the forum or the comments, it creates a negative atmosphere that really isn't necessary. If you want to totally rip apart ideas, ideologies, political parties, etc. that is fine. We simply ask that you don't use the private forums as a means to attack other members that aren't privy to such comments. It is difficult enough to have a political discussion forum because the discussion of politics is inherently heated as people are so passionate about their beliefs...the ones that take the time to come to such a site in the first place at least. The idea of private forums is so people of similar political persuasions can discuss whatever they want without fear of being attacked. Nonetheless, we hope that a certain level of maturity would foster itself within such an arena and not simply lend itself to a bashing forum.

Private Forums are governed by all of the above Forum rules. In addition:
  • Private forums that essentially become abandoned homes will be subject to deletion, donation or reorganization. Just like elsewhere in life, clubs sometimes lose their vitality and purpose for a myriad of reasons. If it becomes clear that a private forum has clearly lost its vitality and nobody is going to really use it anymore, owners are advised to consider whether to reuse the forum for something new and productive rather than let them linger or notify the Administration that the forum should be rearranged for other purposes, closed, merged with other compatible private forums, donated to others for new purposes, etc. Do not be concerned that your forum must be a membership and post count race with others to avoid falling under this policy; the question is whether your forum has actual vitality instead of being 'brain dead.'
  • Additionally, private forums may only be owned by subscribed members in the Platinum or Diamond categories.
  • Should the owner of a private forum be banned, quit USPOL or otherwise abandon the forum the PF will be transferred to another owner or closed.
  • Propriety of private forums. Administration staff will determine the desirability of a proposed private forum and enact any conditions upon it to ensure its purpose is productive.
  • Any and all instances of sharing accounts by allowing someone else to log in under their own account so they can see into private forums for which they are otherwise not permitted to access, will be deemed violation of the double account rule and all caught doing so will be permanently banned.
  • Relaying private forum posts and information to other posters who are not members of the particular private forum for any negative or destructive purpose (eg mean-spirited gossip, fueling interpersonal disputes, etc), is not permitted, and will constitute a violation of the Forum rules.
  • For purposes of monitoring USPOL Terms of Service Administrative staff (not Moderators) will have access to Private Forums.
  • All Private Forums must have at least one active Administrator as a member for purposes of handling issues which cannot be addressed through moderation permissions.
  • Discussion of moderation activities is prohibited on the open site and is likewise prohibited in Private Forums.

26. The administrators and moderators reserve the right to edit and/or delete a post,and/or close a thread, and/or delete a thread at any time if of the opinion that the post is too obscene, inappropriate, or the discussion has run its course.

27. 'Back seat moderating' is not allowed. If you take issue with another poster's contribution to the forum, you're welcome to report any posts you think are out of line, but you should not bring it up publicly within the forum.

28. Images in posts (whether embedded or hot linked) must be reasonable in size. 800x800 should be considered a good rule of thumb. Excessively large images make it difficult for users on mobile devices to load pages. If necessary please simply link to very large images using the URL tags. In addition, the following images are not permitted (including, but not limited to pages with images or videos containing):
  • Strategically covered nudity
  • Sheer or see-through clothing
  • Lewd or provocative poses
  • Close-ups of breasts, buttocks, or crotches

29. Any solicitation or communication involving sports betting / gambling / online casinos / bookies and or internet based card or slot machine systems or sites will lead to all said content being physically removed from the site and server, and will lead to any and or all parties involved being permanently removed and banned from the site to the farthest extent possible. This includes any links to any form of bookmaker, casino, any type of game or match or event where money transfers on the outcome or link of any sort to wire act violations and or anything in violation of either the Internet Gambling Regulation, Consumer Protection, and Enforcement Act, Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act of 2006, or the Federal wire Act. This applies not only to the open forum but all and or any chat rooms, articles, private messages and or private forums. All content that violates this rule will be deleted, without notice.

CONSEQUENCES

Failure to comply with any of the forum rules may result in your posts being edited or deleted and/or your account being temporarily or permanently banned from the forums. U.S. Politics Online uses a warning system that generates an automated Private Message to members when they are in violation of Forum rules. The decision to issue a warning is left to the discretion of the moderator or administrator handling the violation. If a member does not agree with an action taken by a moderator, they can appeal to an administrator after seeking clarification from the moderator who issued the warning/infraction and appealing to them in the first instance. Members MAY NOT harass a moderator or administrator by sending excessive PMs when they are discussing an appeal.

Violations are assigned a point value. Points are valid for 30 days. When a members earns 10 points, their account will be automatically suspended: five (5) days for a first suspension; ten (10) days for a second suspension; and twenty (20) days for a third suspension. If a member incurs an additional 10 points after having served three periods of suspension, then they will be permanently banned from the Forum.

Point values are as follows:
Zero (0) points Warning
Two (2) points - Minor infraction / Non post infraction (minor) / Off topic posts / spamming
Four (4) points - Academic dishonesty / Baiting / Discussing moderator or administrator actions / Implying an insult / Minor insults / Moderate infraction / Non-post infraction (moderate) / Thread dumping
Six (6) points - Direct insult at another member / major infraction / Non-post infraction (major)
Ten (10) points - Act of criminality, or advocating thereof

The administrators and moderators also bear the right to issue warnings, temporarily suspend or ban posters for continued trolling or other serious misconduct (eg. professional spamming) even if the poster has not yet reached the maximum warning points or suspensions level. Other options if the above consequences do not seem adequate include placing the member in a moderation queue, which means all posts will have to be approved before they are posted to the board.

This is idiotic on a number of levels:

Phil Robertson Suspended From Duck Dynasty For Anti-Gay Remarks
    By Eric Sasson

    Wall Street Journal

After an interview appeared in GQ in which he equated homosexuality to bestiality, used a quote from Corinthians which likened gays to drunkards and prostitutes, and questioned the logic of gay sexual practices, Phil Robertson has been suspended indefinitely from A&Es hit show, Duck Dynasty.

We are extremely disappointed to have read Phil Robertsons comments in GQ, which are based on his own personal beliefs and are not reflected in the series Duck Dynasty, A&E said in a statement. His personal views in no way reflect those of A+E Networks, who have always been strong supporters and champions of the LGBT community. The network has placed Phil under hiatus from filming indefinitely.
First thing I see is they suspended him ONLY for what he said about homosexuals. Apparently those other groups he named don't care what he said, aren't politically protected by the liberals in charge of the show (and the network), or are not as thin-skinned as homosexuals are. There is another reason they might not have protested Robertson's words, but SURELY it cannot be that they recognize their behavior is sin... naaaawwwww, that can't possibly be it. To read his comments for yourself, you'll have to go to that article in GQ but a recap would include:
Everything is blurred on whats right and whats wrong, he says. Sin becomes fine.

What, in your mind, is sinful?

Start with homosexual behavior and just morph out from there. Bestiality, sleeping around with this woman and that woman and that woman and those men, he says. Then he paraphrases Corinthians: Dont be deceived. Neither the adulterers, the idolaters, the male prostitutes, the homosexual offenders, the greedy, the drunkards, the slanderers, the swindlersthey wont inherit the kingdom of God. Dont deceive yourself. Its not right.
Note he did not "hate" homosexuals. He said homosexual behavior is sin which, of course, no one likes hearing but where is the tolerance many in that community preach? I suppose we can be tolerant of other people's expressions as long as they don't call us sinners, then.

Further, Robertson expressed his opinion off-camera and outside of any reference to the show or to A&E network: Did not claim to be speaking for the show or the network, but the network violated his free speech and suspended him (also noting his opinion does not reflect that of A&E Network).

Now on the other side of that coin, however, I don't think the suspension bothers Phil at all: It is my bet he shrugged his shoulders and walked away. A&E has been trying to un-Christianize Duck Dynasty from virtually the beginning of the show. Phil has always been THE Robertson who has stood in their way every time.

I'm surprised it took this long for A&E to turn on them.

Face it, it just ain't cool to call homosexuality a sin. It infuriates the sinners. Homosexuality as a sin comes from the Bible. If one is a Christian and therefore accepts the bible as God's word, he has to accept what it says about this issue.

Phil is dead on in his observation, but sinners don't like to be called out. Never have.

Personally I hope the family tells the tv folks, to shove it. What sort of Christian would Phil be if he didn't believe in the bible and what it says about sin? I figure that the interviewer at GQ knew before he went in what would be the question to ask Phil, in order to get him to show his colors on homosexuality.

The morality of our society is immorality, and we don't like any attention to be shined upon it. The muslims will kill you if you are a homosexual. Phil just points out it is a sin, according to the bible that he believes in. Better to go after him I guess, instead of the muslim world who kills them for god.

Best to just shut the oldman up, to bring him in line. I will lose respect for him if he allows himself to be brought into line. I don't figure he will change his religious beliefs just to please a bunch of sin lovers.

Putting Christians on a tv show was doomed from the get-go, given the immorality that we call morality today. Sooner or later a Christian will make his feelings and beliefs known, and where in the past this was fine, it isn't anymore. We have tried to turn sin into non sin, and if you don't allow that, the media and the queer groups go after you in full force. Let us wait and see just how strong Phil is.

If anyone thinks that his comments will hurt the duck call business, you better think again. I don't think you would find a group of men who are more anti homosexual than hunters. Operating as they do in the natural world, homosexuality is not only a biblical sin but a sin against nature itself. If all were homosexual, we would die out from a lack of procreation. Homosexuality doesn't produce offspring, and therefore is out of step with the continuation of all life. That anyone would see it as a sin is understandable, given the perverse nature of it. And that it goes against the continuation of life, because that involves opposite sexes.

Homosexuals can't stand being left out of heaven because of their lifestyle and sexual preference. And they don't want to be told that, nor the people that support this lifestyle. And so there is an attempt to make a sin a non sin. For political correctness. And then you go after any religion that sees it as a sin. Or in this case you go after the man who merely voiced what the bible says on this issue.

Christians don't hate gay people, they just believe them to be sinning, and even glorifying that sin. But it doesn't take long for the word hate to enter into these discussions. It's the race card of homosexuality. It is also transparent, their motives. It seems that not only are gays perverted, but they are also basically liars. Liars because hatred of gay people by Christians is a non issue. What is the issue is the sin. Hate the sin, love the sinner. Yet they would want Christians to love and accept the sin? That is asking far too much.

I will only say this, give my own view of homosexuality. An enlightened being, a saved person can never be homosexual. Never. Why? Because in order to be enlightened involves dropping what makes a man or woman homosexual to begin with. You transcend that state. If you die to the ego, you die to the pursuit of perverse pleasures, that are of the ego's making. And so spiritual enlightenment takes care of homosexuality as it does the other sins. The Christians are correct in that gays won't walk in the Kingdom. But then no other man of sin will either. Greed keeps you out just as quickly as homosexuality. That is why it is so hard for the rich to enter into the Kingdom. What they value is of this world, while the Kingdom has no value at all for the values of this world, this world that is the creation of the human ego, in its incessant pursuit of pleasure at any and all costs.

Well, given what tv has sunk to these days, I am surprised as well. Those left coast folks just don't understand that some americans are serious about their religious beliefs. And that they won't just follow what the popular culture is doing.

You know, I have talked about the downside of illegal immigration by Hispanics here to our nation, but there is an upside to that immigration as well. Most Hispanics are Christian, of the RCC variety. When this group becomes the majority in this nation, we may see a reversal of the changes that has occurred in America in regards to abortion and homosexuality. They may once again be seen by the majority as sin, as not a good idea. And certainly not something to be applauded. Celebrated.

I would imagine before that happens we will be making other sins, non sin, and celebrate those as well. It is one thing to leave the sinners to themselves, quite another to celebrate their sins as a cultural happening.

So he killed the goose that laid the golden egg for his family. He's being censured for his free speech, yes, but that is probably worked into his contract *puts on the foghorn leghorn voice* For, I say, For just such an occasion!, and it IS a business not fucking unicef. If this blows up (IE gets a bad reaction from consumers) AE is out a metric shit ton of money. ERGO they are hedging their bets, and really kinda jumping the gun. They shouldve waited for their customer base's reaction rather than the inevitable lgbt reaction and if it went over well just let it slide saying "free speech bitches".
Poor business practices on both sides here. I can see getting a bit offended at someone comparing homosexuality and beastiality but its nothing that hasn't been bandied about before. Still if phelp's dumbass is protected by free speech this asshole is as well. The question is really whether A) ae worked a suspension for scandal in media into the contract and B) whether their consumers actually give a fuck (pretty slim really. most probably liked it like you do). They'll probably lose as much as they gain on this one but they're going to be gaining a more.... shall we say "zealous" base? Polarization for $$. If that was on purpose then someone might be getting a raise. I guess it all depends on how the market reacts.

as to the drunks and prostitutes: most drunks i've met don't particularly care about much of anything let alone something so insignificant as a reality tv star's bad opinion of their practices. Most of them have close family who doesn't like what they do, and get this, they DON"T CARE. Kinda the nature of the beast.
Prostitutes: yeah cause they've got a union and its totally legalized and regulated as a profession so coming onto the national stage saying "i'm a hooker and I think this guy is being an asshole" will REALLY work out well for them. o wait a minute. no its not.

To the two points highlighted above:

I thought about that, too. Phil, in particular, has always said "you need us more than we need you." He is retired and very wealthy: His children are very wealthy as well and have the Duck Call and hunting franchise to work. They took on the Duck Dynasty project, in part, to get the Christian word out so if A&E is trying to cork their "witness," I wonder if the whole family will say "fine!" and pull the plug. Bear in mind, however, that the next season is due to start in January so ALL of those episodes (including the ones with Phil in them) are already shot and edited. So his "punishment" for speaking his opinion will not take effect until the NEXT season. Which to me means those flaming hypocrites at A&E want to make their statement and wash their hands of anything Phil Robertson says (quickly so as not to further vex the homosexual community), but they're not so willing to spend the extra money to re-shoot the new season (or even edit Phil out of those segments).

As to doomed from the git-go, A&E has ALWAYS run smack-dab into Phil Robertson any time they wanted to (or tried to) un-Christian the show. They've tried to get him to lose the "In Jesus Name" from his prayers at the end of the show, they've tried to get him to NOT pray on the show, they've tried to get him to not be so outspoken about women's issues... all things which were eventually (or immediately) shown as errors since they left them in AND the ratings are through the roof.

I agree, they should have waited.

As I just said to BD, however, EVERY time A&E has tried to censor Phil Robertson (in particular), he has always stood his ground. I noted in the OP that it would not surprise me if Phil had no reaction (although I did see he has issued his own comment about the suspension, noted later). The Robertson's don't need Duck Dynasty which gives the patriarch of that family, Phil, a lot of leverage.

              Phil's Response:
"I myself am a product of the '60s; I centered my life around sex, drugs and rock and roll until I hit rock bottom and accepted Jesus as my Savior. My mission today is to go forth and tell people about why I follow Christ and also what the Bible teaches, and part of that teaching is that women and men are meant to be together. However, I would never treat anyone with disrespect just because they are different from me. We are all created by the Almighty and like Him, I love all of humanity. We would all be better off if we loved God and loved each other."
Note he didn't take on GLAAD or anyone else in the LGBT community: He simply responded to what A&E said about him. That shows (me) class and grace.

It was GLAAD who said, of his comments:
“some of the vilest and most extreme statements uttered against LGBT people in a mainstream publication”
This same GLAAD who said almost nothing about Alec Baldwin's hurling invective at homosexuals (and not homosexual behavior) and who said absolutely nothing about the Russian actor who said homosexuals should be put in boxes and burned (or at the Soviet Union who have banned any homosexual public displays of affection) ... yet somehow Robertson expressing his constitutionally protected OPINION is "the vilest and most extreme."

              Pure crapola, in my opinon.

Re: Phil Robertson suspended from Duck Dynasty

My son in law met some of the family, and he told me that these men are the real deal Christian, as evidenced by their behavior, their speech, the way they conduct themselves in a crowd of believers and non believers. After hearing the news last night from me, he didn't seem surprised at all. In fact, he said he figured it would happen sooner or later, given what he saw of these men. Phil isn't gonna be politically correct when it comes to his religious beliefs. And I doubt any of his sons will either.

I am afraid in today's America it just ain't cool to call a spade a spade, especially when it comes to homosexuals. We must rewrite the bible to get rid of what it says about homosexuality and even adultery, since we have become a nation of homos and adulterers, and seem to glorify it, celebrate it. It is certain celebrated in film and tv today.

I have watched as this nation has turned away from its religious beliefs, in order to arrive at an "anything goes" culture. The pursuit of pleasure is so powerful, even if it is a sin to pursue it in certain avenues. If it feels good, hell do it, because sin doesn't exist. Just rules made up for the hell of it.

as to the drunks and prostitutes: most drunks i've met don't particularly care about much of anything let alone something so insignificant as a reality tv star's bad opinion of their practices. Most of them have close family who doesn't like what they do, and get this, they DON"T CARE. Kinda the nature of the beast.
Prostitutes: yeah cause they've got a union and its totally legalized and regulated as a profession so coming onto the national stage saying "i'm a hooker and I think this guy is being an asshole" will REALLY work out well for them. o wait a minute. no its not.
They had something like 14 Million viewers WITH the tiny tidbit of Christian values so I'm not sure how "hedging their bets" works into the equation. Were gays even watching the show?

I find it disturbing that someone expressing an anti gay position is roundly opposed while other expressing an anti-Christian view are lauded. The way I see it is that you either believe in free speech or you don't and it's becoming quite evident that the anti-free speech crowd is getting all the play.

At this rate it won't be long before saying "United States" is considered un-American and we'll all be thrown in reeducation camps until we can say Democratic People's Republic of North America with a straight face.

Re: Phil Robertson suspended from Duck Dynasty

I've always been somewhat confused about why A&E would even put this on the air, and even more so why the family would submit to this. I think from A&E's prospective they thought it would be a "ha ha look at these goobers" show, an then when it took off, they just raked in the dough. They had to know at some point that someone would say or do something they disagreed with, and that the people actually watching the show would side with the family.

A&E played Russian roulette, and they finally found the chamber with the bullet in it.

I think it's interesting that legally people in my country have less free speech, but in practice if the standards here were as high as in the U.S. we would have to fire half our tv personalities for racism, sexism or homophobia.

Our culture has twisted the meaning of most of our fundamental right. Freedom of religion has become freedom from religion. Freedom of speech has become freedom from offense.

the ones hurt won't be phil itll be the younger ones. The ones who have yet to make their nut/in process of doing so. The young girl has some sort of fashion aspirations which I predict hit a HUGE snag or don't take place now that you've pissed off the gays.

Of course thats if they don't pick up as many as they lose with this. the ones they pick up will be responsive to their message too which means they can say what they want more. IF they pick up. WE'll see if they do.

Russia has caught a generous amount of heat. So far as I am aware baldwin has caught some heat too. I hadn't heard about the ruskie actor. WHo cares about the russians anyway? They are interested in this particular american roll model. I think what they are talking about were his start out cornholing dudes end up fucking horses, homo to beastial affections comments. Those are pretty vile and certainly uncalled for. And ignorant in the extreme.

Reality TV itself is pure crapola. This is an extension of reality tv. hence crap. which is why i don't watch reality tv.
